At OHSU I developed genetically encodable FRET-based biosensors to detect mono- and poly-ADP-ribosylation in living cells. My work also focused on engineering circularly permuted fluorescent proteins (cpFPs) for real-time monitoring of ADP-ribose signaling dynamics.
